Olefin Expansion Project Brownfield Turnaround Execution

Brownfield overhaul and turnaround execution for the Olefin Expansion project, carried out within an operating facility under a tightly scheduled two-week shutdown window with strict safety and time constraints.

New piping installation was substantially completed prior to shutdown to minimize live-plant downtime.

During the shutdown window, scope included equipment modification, relocation, and replacement, final tie-in connections and purging, periodic main inspection and leak testing of critical systems, and commissioning of newly installed and modified equipment.

Activities were supported by planning and scheduling of piping, valve, and equipment work in coordination with inspection, planning, and procurement teams, alongside hydrotest package preparation and as-built documentation, all executed under tight HSE requirements inherent to brownfield, shutdown-driven construction.
