Inspection, Compliance & Quality Assurance for Piping Systems in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial Projects
We provide professional Project Engineering consulting to coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPC) execution. We act as the technical bridge between client, engineering disciplines, vendors, and site teams to ensure scope clarity, deliverable readiness, quality compliance, and timely project delivery.
Define scope boundaries, discipline responsibilities, deliverable ownership, and execution priorities.
Set up and manage deliverable lists (IFD/IFA/IFC), submission dates, approvals, and constraints.
Ensure codes/standards (ASME, API, ASTM, CSA, ISO, NACE) and project requirements are consistently applied across disciplines.
Create and maintain interface registers across process, piping, mechanical, civil/structural, E&I, vendors, and construction.
Coordinate tie-in definitions, isolation requirements, work-front readiness, and site integration constraints.
Support model reviews and field verification to prevent rework and installation conflicts.
Manage TQs/RFIs from site and vendors, coordinate responses, track closure, and maintain decision history.
Assess technical impacts on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and commissioning readiness.
Review substitutions/deviations for compliance, documentation, and as-built incorporation.
Support procurement packages and clarify technical scope, supply boundaries, warranties, spares, special tools, and delivery requirements.
Review vendor proposals, deviation lists, and clarifications to support PO technical alignment.
Coordinate vendor drawings/datasheets/procedures review cycles and ensure incorporation into engineering deliverables.
Support vendor execution alignment from PO to shipment, including inspection readiness and release requirements.
Support construction/commissioning look-aheads aligned to engineering and procurement readiness.
Track progress across engineering, procurement, site execution, and punch closure; provide actionable reporting.
Identify blockers early (materials, approvals, interfaces, access, testing) and drive mitigation actions.
Ensure quality requirements are embedded into execution and documentation flows.
Support safe execution planning (work-front readiness, isolation boundaries, commissioning constraints).
Coordinate readiness milestones between construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
Support punch categorization (A/B/C), tracking, closure evidence, and handover readiness.
Verify completeness of turnover packages (test packs, certificates, inspection records, as-builts) prior to client handover.
Ensure correct revision control, traceable decisions, and timely incorporation of field redlines.
Coordinate as-built updates and final technical close-out aligned to turnover requirements.

A Project Engineer coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to ensure technical alignment, schedule control, and successful project delivery.
Interface management ensures all disciplines, vendors, and construction teams work together without conflicts. It prevents design gaps, installation clashes, and schedule delays.
System turnover is the formal handover of systems from construction to commissioning and operations, supported by test records, inspection reports, and turnover dossiers.
Yes. We develop complete hydrotest packages, define test boundaries, perform line walkdowns, and support test execution and reinstatement.
By identifying constraints early, coordinating deliverables, managing change orders, and aligning procurement with construction readiness.
Mechanical Completion confirms systems are built according to design and ready for commissioning. It is a critical milestone before start-up.
Yes. We coordinate vendor documentation, technical clarifications, inspections, and delivery alignment to support EPC execution.
